Healthy Crepes? Yes, Please!

Breakfast can get boring. How many times can you eat oatmeal and eggs?

Mixing things up will keep you on track and bring excitement back into cooking and eating . I created these delicious healthy strawberry cheesecake crepes. Yes, they're as decadent as they sound & they're super easy to whip up...
                                                    
                                                   
Strawberry Cheesecake Crepes
1/4C whole wheat flour
1 egg white
1tsp olive oil
1/4C milk of choice
Filling: mix 1/2C Greek yogurt, 1TBSP sugar-free pudding mix, 1/2C sliced strawberries
(Combine flour, oil, milk & egg in small bowl. Pour 2-3TBSP of crepe mixture on sprayed skillet & roll to spread thinly. Carefully flip crepe to brown both sides. Top crepe w/ filling and fold.)
