5 Steps To A Faster Metabolism

BURN MORE FAT, NATURALLY!

1. Eat breakfast and continue eating every 2-3 hours after that. Frequent, small meals will keep your metabolic fire burning all day.
2. Fill up on fiber and protein. Both increase calorie burn and keep you fuller, longer.
3. Lift weights. Resistance training increases your metabolism for 48 hours as the muscle repairs. Also, more muslce = faster metabolism.
4. Exercise in the morning. This revs your metabolism first thing in the day. If you don't have a lot of time in the morning, just squeeze in 5-10 minutes (try 2 sets of 10-15 push ups, jump lunges, crunches and hop squats).
5. Drink 1 glass of green tea every morning.
