MOVE

We're made to run, jump, climb, swim, etc... Our ancestors did all of this, sadly these days, most people don't. Our modern/cushy world has taken out the need to walk, climb and lift heavy objects to survive, but this doesn't mean you can't do it. Your body CRAVES movement. That’s why you release those endorphins  when you do it and you feel much better after moving. This is your body’s way of rewarding you for using it. By having some kind of daily activity (even if it’s just walking up flights of stairs on your lunch break), your metabolism will speed up. So... get up from you computer now and do some jumping jacks and push-ups for 5 minutes :)
