Delicious, Healthy Treats

Here's what I'm loving right now...

1. Trader Joe's 2% Greek Yogurt - Mix 1 cup w/ 2 TBSP sugarfree lemon pudding mix, 1 Stevia and 1/2 c. blueberries
2. Cocoa Powder - Mix 1 TBSP in oatmeal w/ 1 TBSP natural peanut butter, 1 packet Stevia and 1/4th cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3. Unsweetened Kefir - Use in cereal and shakes. Taste takes some getting used to, but it's packed with health benefits.
