WATCH OUT FOR "HIDDEN" CALORIES IN DRINKS:
It's easy to mindlessly drink hundreds or even thousands of calories a day. One can of soda has 150-200, that's a snack - a bad snack at that. Check the nutrition label, soda is purely sugar! It has more sugar than most candy bars...YIKES. 
Soda isn't the only diet disaster. Blended coffees and smoothies are a cup full of junk (to put it bluntly). Some Starbuck's drinks have up to 800 calories in a medium! Smoothies from places like Jamba Juice often have 400-600 calories and loads of sugar. The "Berried in Chocolate" smoothie has 750 calories and 103 grams of sugar. That's more sugar than 8 glazed donuts!!! Don't drink your calories.
