DRINK MORE WATER!
Skip sugary soda, juice and speciality coffees - grab water! Some studies show, just by eliminating soda you can lose 2 pounds a week. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day - it fills you up, wards off cravings, flushes out toxins and encourages muscle growth.
If you're sick of plain water, try drinking calorie-free sparkling water (club soda, Perrier, etc) or brew some tea - get flavored tea bags and add Stevia or Splenda to make it sweet. You can make a big pitcher and refrigerate so it's always handy.
