GET IN A WORKOUT WHEREVER/ WHENEVER YOU CAN!
Not doing anything? Go for a run, do some crunches, lunges or a full workout. Just because your goal is to workout 4-5 times a week, that doesn't mean you can't do a little extra! When you have the time, use it to get ahead. Squeezing in a workout can be easy - Do lunges while you brush your teeth, push-ups while you wait for your oatmeal to cook, crunches while watching your favorite show, etc. Make it a game - you have to do a different type of crunch for each commercial.
*Here's a mini challenge - Do something EXTRA this next week. Wether it's an extra day at the gym, an extra 5 minutes of cardio, an extra set of your exercises, an extra-good eating week (no sweets or no eating out), etc.
