Get Fit Tip - March 4

BE PICKY!
If you're paying for it, get what you want. When going out to eat, order things how YOU want them. People are often afraid to ask for substitutions and changes. You're the one paying, you're the one being served... so you decide how you want it! Ask for no sauce, cheese or fried toppings and substitute a salad or veggies instead of fries or onion rings. You know what you SHOULD eat, so ask for it.
