Enjoy every bite!

ENJOY YOUR FOOD!
Savor every bite. People often scarf down their food and don't even realize what or how much they're eating - this leads to overeating. Take time to really enjoy every bite. Pay attention to the flavor and texture of the food and eat it slowly. When you slow down, you'll find you're more satisfied by less. Enjoy food, don't mindlessly gobble.
