No time? No excuse!

People often say they don't have enough time to workout. Well, think about your average day... do you watch TV? Zone out on Facebook? Play video games? Sleep in? Chances are, you answered "yes" to at least one of these and that means you really DO have time. Wake up 45 minutes earlier! Do jumping jacks, push ups, jump rope and sit ups while you watch TV.
Take a look at my youtube channel "TheElyseMiller" and learn some easy exercises that take no time at all. You need to make exercise a habit... something you do! Not something you'd like to do sometime or something you hate.... start DOING, stop BEING lazy.
