Gobble Gobble on Bread

This sandwich creation was even better than my Thanksgiving dinner! Seriously! I mean, everyone knows leftovers from Turkey Day get better and better by the day.... well, by day 4 or 5, it's time to toss them.

The good news is, you can make this little bite of heaven any time of the year. It's easy, flavor-packed & healthy!! Yay!

What you need:
2 slices whole grain bread (I like Dave's Killer light bread - 70 cal)
1/3C sliced turkey breast (deli meat works, too. Use 5-6 slices)
1TBSP plain Greek yogurt (I love Trader Joe's 2%)
1TBSP spicy mustard
Veggies: lettuce, tomato, 2TBSP avocado, sprouts, jalapenos
Salt & Pepper
