Front back hops
Basketball jumps (touch ground and jump up as high as you can)
1. Lunge with hop/skip- 30 seconds each leg
2. Single leg pelvic lifts- 30 seconds each leg2. Donkey kicks - 1 minute each leg
Low stance ham lunge
Donkey kick without out to side kick
