Burn those BUNS

BUNS WORKOUT

30 seconds each - 1 time each
Front back hops
Basketball jumps (touch ground and jump up as high as you can)

*3 sets of each pair before moving to next
1. Lunge with hop/skip- 30 seconds each leg
2. Single leg pelvic lifts- 30 seconds each leg

1. Super wide squat - 1 minute
2. Donkey kicks - 1 minute each leg

* 30 seconds on each leg
Low stance ham lunge

Donkey kick without out to side kick
