BEST CARDIO EVER!!

High intensity interval workouts are by far the best form of cardio! Despite dozens of "experts" and workout programs' claims, there's no exact formula that you have to follow. It's actually really simple - push it to the max for 20-60 seconds and then cool it down for 10-60 seconds, and repeat 4-10 times. That's it! You can run sprints, do hills, stadiums, swim, use the elliptical, ride your bike, do burpees, high knees, etc. Just do SOMETHING and make it hard... really hard!

But I promise you, it's STEEP!
It's hard to even walk it!
Today, I ran a super dooper steep hill while pushing Tilman in the stroller. It took about 60 seconds to go up and about the same to SAFELY go down since it was so insanely steep. I did this 5 times. I ran 1 mile to the hill and 1 mile home. This was a killer workout!
