All Time FAV

Hamstrings are one of my favorite body parts to work, I love the burn and I LOVE the look of defined hammies! The probelm I find is that really targeting them without compromising other body parts, can be a challenge. But my favorite hamstring exercise fits the bill perfectly!  
Pelvic Lifts w/ Straps

How to: Place your feet in the straps (straps should be at the foot arch). With bent knees, press your hips up as high as you can, hold a couple seconds and lower. Repeat for 15 reps, 3-4 sets.

*If you don't have straps, you can simply put your feet on the floor or on a bench or couch.

*Add to the intensity by holding the lift at the top and do small pulses for 20-40 seconds.
