One of the most common questions I'm asked is... "what's the best ab exercise?"... People are always looking to cut the fat and get toned in their abs. Truth is... if you're working the rest of your muscle groups with high intensity and you're not just sitting on a machine, then you're likely
doing the best ab exercises! It's true! You don't have to do crunches, planks, knee raises, etc... to get a lean mid-section. Some of the best core exercises are actually push ups, pull ups and squats - as long as you are doing them correct and with a tight belly.
I VERY rarely do abs. On occassion, I will throw in some V-Ups or simple crunches while giving another body part a "rest". But I don't have an "ab day" and I don't commit a lot of time to abs. As with all workouts, I prefer fast, intense and painful LOL. Here are a couple that will hit the right spot ;-)
