I've posted about a healthy beef & broccoli before, but now I've made it even easier by using my trusty crockpot. Seriously, this is easier than getting Chinese food to go!
What you need:
1LB sirlion, cut into strips
2-3C broccoli florets
1/2 sweet onion, diced
3-5 stalks celery- optional
1 can water chestnuts or bamboo shoots - optional
1/4C Braggs or low-sodium soy sauce
1-2TBSP chili paste or Sriracha
2TBSP fresh grated ginger
1/2C beef broth
How to:
Put everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until beef is done. Serve up on some brown rice and top with additional Braggs and/or Sriracha
