Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
What you need:
1/2C dry oatmeal microwaved w/ unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2C canned pumpkin (no sugar added)
Cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice & Stevia to taste
1TBSP crushed or slivered almonds
Optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, 1TBSP flaxseeds
Try it cold:
Overnight Pumpkin Oats
Combine 1/2C dry oats w/ 3/4C unsweetened vanilla almond milk & refrigerate over night. Add
spices, pumpkin & nuts in the morning.
