What you need:
1 apple (any variety)
1C plain Greek yogurt
Cinnamon & Stevia
Optional: sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, blended in with yogurt
How to:
Slice apple & microwave 1-2 minutes until slightly soft. Top w/ yogurt, cinnamon and Stevia.
