Sign Up and Commit

A couple weeks ago I recommended signing up for an event. Well, I'm here to push that idea again!!

Try training for a run.... a 5k, 10k or a 1/2 marathon. Sometimes it's easier to push through when your eyes are set on a goal other than weight loss. The weight will come off, but you'll be focusing on the running and cardio improvements. Below is a link to a 1/2 marathon training plan for those who are interested. I've researched many different training plans and I like this one the most.

It's not as hard as you might think! Give it a shot! It's very rewarding. I completed my 1st 1/2 marathon a couple weeks ago.
