Prepare!!!!

SNACK HEALTHFULLY! BE PREPARED!
Always have healthy snacks within reach. You never know when you'll need one. Keep items that don't need refrigerated in your purse or at your desk (nuts, protein bars, apples, crackers). 

*Here's a fun challenge starting Monday - Take a large bowl full of fruit with you to work (or put it on the table at home). Fill it with 5 pieces of fruit - apples, pears, oranges, etc. Commit to finishing the bowl by the end Friday.
