KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON EATING OUT
Eating out won't only damage your diet, but also your budget. Save calories and money by eating at home more frequently. People often don't realize how much they spend on dining out. Put your spending in perspective by tracking how much you spend each day. Add it up at the end of the week, multiply by 7 to see how much you spend per week. Take it further and do the math to figure out your yearly spending. I bet you'll be surprised. Then, think of all the healthy things you can do with that money: get a personal trainer, get on a nutrition program, get a gym membership, buy new "skinnier" clothes, go on a trip, etc.
