Get Fit Tip - March 2

WATCH PORTION SIZES!
If you keep portion sizes reasonable, it's easier to eat the foods you want and still stay healthy. Here are some common comparisons to help you "eyeball" portion sizes:
(Each comparison is for a single serving)
Protein = a deck of cards. 
Carbs- ( rice, pasta, oats, potato ) = a tennis ball or your fist.
Fats- ( A. oil,butter/ B. dressing, peanut butter) = A. tip of your thumb/ B. a ping pong ball 
Veggies- freebees, fill your plate.
