When trying to lose weight, inches or simply get in shape the road to results seems long. To keep motivated set weekly, mini-goals. Maybe it's to increase your cardio, run faster, lift heavier, avoid sugar, try a new exercise or skip your favorite guilty indulgence. These small milestones will give you a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction each week, as you work toward your ultimate goal.
