Stair Workout

You really don't need much time or "stuff" to get in an awesome workout! Here's my workout from today - 15 minutes and lots and lots and LOTS of sweat ;-)

Stair runs & squats
run up and down, 2 times
run up and down skipping a step, 2 times
20 squats
Repeat 20 times!
