My Workout

WHAT I DID TODAY
(ELYSE'S WORKOUT OF THE DAY)

Run: 20 minutes of hills while pushing Tilman (I literally thought I might die, lol)

Lifting - Hamstrings & Abs

4 sets of 8
Single leg deadlifts w/ 30lbs
Hanging knee ups (abs)

Bent leg deadlifts
TRX hamstring curls
TRX plank "V" ups
