Mangos & strawberries are such a yummy combo... and both are on sale right now ;-) There's no reason not to try this simple breakfast.
Makes 1 serving
What you need:
1/2C quick oats (uncooked)
3/4C unsweetened milk of choice or Kefir
1/4C chopped mango
1/4C sliced strawberries
Optional: 1TBSP chia or flaxseeds
How to:
Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl. Leave overnight. In the morning, stir & eat as is OR top with plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, shredded coconut (yum) and/or additional milk.
