BOOTY WORKOUT - 100'S
*The goal here is to do 100 of each of the following exercises. Do sets of 25 reps or 15 or 10. However many you can do at a time, but do a total of 100 for the exercises below! I often can do 25-30 the first set and then drop it down to 20-15 as I get closer to 100 and the booty starts screaming.
- Wide leg squats
- Donkey kicks - 100 on each leg
- Stationary lunges - 100 on each leg
- Crunches (just to give those leggies a little break for a minute ;-)
- Close leg squats (feet should only be about 1-2 inches apart)
