Run Stairs

This was a shoot for a NIKE ad. 
I ran and ran and ran!!
It was a 10 hours shoot! 
Luckily, you don't have to do that haha! Instead,
try my 25-40 minute run workout 
You all know my love for high intensity, short workouts... so here's another one to try out! Stairs/stadium runs. When we lived in Seattle, stairs were EVERYWHERE! I'd just hit the pavement and no matter what direction I ran in, I was sure to find a set of stairs to do some cardio bursts.

Living in SLC... it's just not the same, but there's always a high school stadium nearby, so there's no excuse to skip the stairs. Here's a stair workout to try...

START: 
1 mile run
5 minutes up and down the stairs as fast as you can (be careful... and watch your footing)
2 laps (1/2 mile)
5 minutes up and down the stairs as fast as you can
2 laps (1/2 mile)
DONE
