The key to sticking with a healthy eating plan for life, is moderation. It's okay to have a little cheat here and there. If you constantly deprive yourself, you'll eventually cave in and likely go overboard. It's important to allow yourself little treats, but know when to stop. Have just enough to satisfy the craving and then get back on track the very next meal. It's okay to have one "cheat" per week - this doesn't mean a whole cheat day, instead have one small cheat meal or snack. These small indulgences can re-motivate and refuel your passion for weight loss. Chances are you won't even enjoy the "bad" food as much as you used to.
