Sore is good!

Sore is good!
Ever wonder why your muscles get sore? Well, in order for muscles to improve and grow, they have to go through changes. Working out causes micro tears in your muscle fibers. The process of repairing and rebuilding the fibers causes soreness. This causes your body to become stronger and adapt to the activity. Eventually your body will get used to the activity. This is when you need to step it up and increase the intensity or change the workout.
