THINK LIKE A WOOD-BURNING STOVE.
Your metabolism is like a wood-burning stove - put too many logs (food) in at once and the fire (your metabolism goes out) BUT if you slowly throw logs (food) in throughout the day, the fire keeps burning!
* When you only eat 1 or 2 meals a day, your body goes into starvation mode. It holds on to everything you eat, because it doesn't know when it will get food again. This is why people who eat fewer meals are often over weight. Eating often lets your body know it can burn off the food because it will get more in a few hours. Eat up!
